Wednesday was the last day Christ spent in Temple Square, teaching and warning the Jews for the last time. As He walks out of the Golden Gate and down the slopes of Mt. Zion, He declares that He will not return until He comes again in glory.
Our focus today is what Jesus did next, AFTER He left the Temple Mount – He took His Disciples half-way up the Mount of Olives, overlooking the Temple Mount and in the shadow of Gethsemane, sat with them and delivered the most important discourse on the 2nd Coming ever given. He gives the last three parables of His mortal ministry. Read those in Matthew 25. These are among the most important teachings Jesus ever gave. We believe these 3 simple parables teach us everything we need to know to survive the challenges of the Last Days and be ready to greet Christ when He returns.
