If you’re not happy with or have had an issue with your purchase, we want to make it right!
Product Replacements
For any damaged or broken product purchased in the last 30 days (from the ship date), we would be happy to replace it free of charge including shipping and tax. For any request on a replacement necklace or chain beyond the 30 day window of shipping, we offer an attractive replacement policy. You may replace your damaged chain at a 50% discount. The price will be as follows for the following products:
● Necklaces/chains: $25
● Bracelets: $18
● Hats: $18
Venmo the above amount based on your product to @monteharrick, last four digits of cell 2896. Please include the shipping invoice or include your address to return a new product. The item must be shipped to our location listed below to initiate the replacement process.
For Exchanges
We would be happy to exchange any product that has been purchased within the last 30 days (from the ship date). The returned items must be shipped to our location in their original condition and contain all original packaging, instructions and paperwork.
Preparing Your Return by Mail
To return a shipped item to Risen for replacement or exchange, please follow these steps:
1. Box your item up securely, in the original packaging if possible.
2. Your packing slip and all original documents MUST accompany your return. Let us know your reason for returning the packing slip—we’re always looking for ways to do it better!
3. Ship your package to our address:

What happens next?
Our team will inspect your shipment before we can process a refund. If everything is in order, we will contact you with next steps, within 5 days of receiving your return.
Please note: Risen isn’t responsible for merchandise that’s not received or not returned in accordance with these terms.
